During his ten-year experience, Craig has performed for high profile organisations such as the BBC, the British Museum, the British Film Institute, Somerset House, the High Commission of India (London) and the Barbican Centre, as well as sharing stories in a wide range of community, education and outreach settings: schools, colleges, theatres, churches, mosques, temples, refugee centres, hospitals, pupil referral units, libraries, museums, slums and rural villages in the South of India.

Craig is incredibly passionate about his storytelling work in community and outreach settings and makes it a conscious part of his work to develop projects with under-represented and disadvantaged groups. He has written and directed storytelling theatre projects and performances for children in underprivileged areas in London (Greenwich and Lewisham Young People’s Theatre, Half Moon Young People’s Theatre), with vulnerable teenagers and young adults (REWRITE, Southwark Theatre Education Partnership), young refugees and asylum seekers (Refugee Youth, Migrants Organise) and cross-generational community projects (BBC Our Sound with the BBC Concert Orchestra). In India Craig has devised performances with children from marginalised rural communities (through his ongoing relationship with the Kattaikkuttu Gurukulam), as well as children living in the seaside slums of Chennai (Pudiyador)

Craig has performed across the globe in the UK, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Italy and the United States America. These have included appearances at the following storytelling festivals and tours:
